Aqua Grille and Lounge is a family owned and operated, fine dining restaurant located at Coligny Beach, in the Sea Crest. We pride ourselves on a beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, an award winning wine list and the island's finest service. "The only thing we overlook is the Ocean!"

Type of Meals Served:

We feature fresh caught seafood, hand-cut steaks and an award winning wine list. Visit our scratch kitchen, where our chef's are in a constant state of creativity. Menu specials evolve seasonally, taking advantage whatever is running locally for our fresh catch of the day and what seasonal vegetables are available to feature. In Fall/ Winter our menu is designed to match with more complex wines, such as Chardonnay, Cabernet, Shiraz and Meritage. We use more complex sauces and focus on comfort food. In the Spring/ Summer we utilize lighter cooking styles to complement the flavor profiles of lighter wines, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Noir. We always have something up our sleeve if you're in the mood for champagne.
